STORM BOLSTER THE DEFENSE


The Grande Prairie Storm have added a couple of players to the lineup to bolster their defense.

Nathyn Mortlock arrived late last week and was in the lineup for the Storm this past weekend.  Mortlock (96) is a  6’1” 182 lb. native of Medicine Hat who spent last season with Medicine Hat Midget AAA and was a late release from the WHL’s Medicine Hat Tigers.

Riley Van Horne is also returning to the Storm. Van Horne (96) is a 6’1” 181lb. product of Calgary, AB. and was reassigned to the Storm from the Brandon Wheat Kings. Van Horne played 18 games for the Storm last season and is expected to join the team in time for the three game road trip that begins in Camrose on Thursday night.
