Edouard Michaud is ready for the regular season and it appears his teammates are too.
The Grande Prairie Storm newcomer had a pair of goals Saturday night in Revolution Arena giving him five in two pre-season games in two nights.
His pair of tallies helped the Storm to a 5-2 win over the visiting Whitecourt Wolverines. The game ended the Storm pre-season. They finished with a 1-3 record.
Dallas Comeau, Tyrell Boucher and Carter Harris also scored for the Storm in the win over the defending North Division champion Wolverines.
The Storm open their Alberta Junior Hockey League regular season with a pair of games at home next week.
They kick it off with a game against the Fort McMurray Oil Barons on Saturday (7:30 p.m.). Sunday the teams battle again at 2 p.m.
