The Storm returned late Sunday night back to Grande Prairie after spending the past 5 days in Calgary on a South Division road trip. The boys returned back to the Swan City with 3 wins and a loss and added a valuable 6 points to the standings.

Tate Sproxton recorded all 3 wins and was solid in his 3 starts. Leading the way offensively was Chase Bell, Luke Mahura, and Michael Clarke. Bell scored his first of the season versus the Mustangs and recorded 9 points over the 4 games. Both Mahura and Clarke scored 5 goals in the 4 games to lead the team on the road trip.

It will be another short week in Grande Prairie for the Storm. The team will practice this week at the Coke Center as the Canada Cup of Curling has taken over Revolution Place. To finish off their stretch of 8 straight games on the road the Storm will do a first and last visit of the season. On Thursday they will travel to Fort McMurray for their 1st meeting of the year versus the Oil Barons, and then make their last visit of the season to Bonnyville on Saturday to play the Pontiacs.
