Storm Sign Harris

Storm find speed and grit with Harris signing!

The Grande Prairie Storm just got a lot faster and grittier today with the signing of 99 forward Carter Harris. Harris a product of Okotoks Alberta played his final midget campaign in BC with Pursuit of Excellence Midget Prep. In 38 games Harris tallied 11goals, 9assists and a team leading 158 penalty minutes.

Coach Keillor “Carter is one of those players that every coach loves having on their bench, he’s constantly moving his feet, he’s tenacious on the puck, and he annoys the heck out of the opposition. He takes care of his defensive responsibilities and then out of nowhere he puts the puck in the back of the net”. He came to our spring camp and basically left of no choice but sign him. We need to get faster and harder to play against and Carter is exactly that!

Fans will get their first look at Carter when he joins new teammates Noah Walter’s and Nowel Maarhuis August 29th when the Storm welcome the Prince George Spruce Kings (BCHL) to Revolution Place to open the exhibition season.
