The Grande Prairie Storm are very pleased to announce that Jakob Karpa has signed a Letter of Intent to play with the team for the upcoming season. The 5’11” 175lb defenceman joins the Storm from Victory Honda U18 of the US Tier 1 Elite Hockey League. The 18 year old Novi, Michigan native tallied 7 goals and 27 assists for 34 points in 65 games played for Victory Honda this past season. The Storm would like to welcome Jakob and look forward to seeing him on the ice with his new teammates in the very near future.
