Streek committed to TMU men’s hockey program

The Storm organization sends congratulations to Carter Streek for his commitment to play hockey and advance his education at TMU this fall.

Streek, an 04 forward, came to the Storm in January after 190 impressive games in the WHL.  He suited up for 37 total games in a Storm jersey, notching 38 points and 68 PIMS. Streek is a smart, smooth, team player who immediately made an impact on the team.

Mark Bomersback, GM, said, “We’re very excited for Carter and the Streek family. TMU is getting a heck of a hockey player and a great young man. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to the Storm organization, Carter!”

Streek added, “I’m incredibly excited to take the next step in my hockey journey by committing to Toronto Metropolitan University. I want to thank the entire Grande Prairie Storm organization, my coaches, teammates, and everyone behind the scenes for their support, development, and belief in me. My time in Grande Prairie has been unforgettable, and I’m grateful for the memories, friendships, and growth I’ve experienced here.”

Congratulations, Carter!
