The Grande Prairie Storm are very pleased to announce that DayneTews has signed a Letter of Intent to play for the team beginning in the 2021-2022 season.
The 5-foot-9, 195 pound forward joins the Storm from the Grande Peace Ernie’s Sports Experts Storm of the Alberta Elite Hockey League U18.
The 17-year-old Beaverlodge, Alberta native tallied 11 goals and 13 assists for 24 points in 32 games played last season with the Ernie’s Storm.
Earlier this season Tews participated with the Storm during the Alberta Junior Hockey League extended Training Camp and Development Season.
The Storm would like to welcome Dayne and look forward to seeing him on the ice with his new teammates in the very near future.
