The Grande Prairie Storm of the Alberta Junior Hockey League have traded 1999-born defenceman Jarin Sutton to the Prince George Spruce Kings of the BCHL for future considerations. “Jarin was a leader on our back-end and played important minutes every night,” said Interim Head Coach Ryan Aasman. “He came to the rink to work every day and we wish him all the best as he returns to play junior hockey in his hometown.”
With Grande Prairie’s final move before the trade deadline, they enter an important road trip this weekend with two games against Drayton Valley followed by Sunday matinee matchup against Sherwood Park.
