Part-Time Office Manager
The Grande Prairie Storm is seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Office Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bookkeeping and financial records using QuickBooks
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports
- Assist with sponsorship invoicing and payment tracking
- Maintain office records and filing systems
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and general inquiries
- Assist with merchandise inventory and ordering
- Manage Junior Storm registration system, including reconciling payments
- Provide administrative support to team staff as required, including game day support
Qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks is required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
