The Grande Prairie Storm have acquired the playing rights of 2003 forward Peter Copetti from the OJHL Toronto Patriots.
In exchange for the forward, the Storm have sent the playing rights of forward Connor Rooney the other way.
GM Mark Bomersback in the announcement noted that ” Peter is a right shot that can play center or the right side and he has great playmaking abilities”. Bomersback added that “He has good vision and an ability to shoot the puck and is a welcome addition to the forward group”.
The Grande Prairie Storm wish Connor Rooney all the best with the Patriots and welcome Peter & his family to the Storm organization.
Storm fans can get their first look at Peter along with the rest of the Storm players when 2022 main camp kicks off August 26th.
