The Grande Prairie Storm are excited to announce the signing of ’05 Defenceman Will Harris for the 2023/2024 Season. Will Currently plays for the Okotoks Oilers U18 AAA team of the AEHL. In 29 games this season, the captain has tallied 7 goals to go along with 11 assists. His 7 goals has him tied for 5th in defenceman scoring and two behind the league leader. Harris is also an affiliate with the Storm this season and has dressed for 6 games recording 1 goal and 1 assist.

Storm Head Coach, Eric Thurston had this to say about Harris.” Will is a strong skating two way defenceman that can provide offence and be very reliable to play strong defence” he can play in all situations and we have seen it in the 6 games he has played with us this year” his character and compete level is second to none and we are thrilled to have a player of his calibre committed to play for us starting next year.”
