TRADE: Storm Make a Trio of Moves Over Weekend

GRANDE PRAIRIE, AB: December 4, 2018

The Storm have made 3 moves ahead of the AJHL's cut-down deadline over the weekend.

The Storm trade '99 F Tyler Petrie to the Humboldt Broncos of the SJHL for Future Considerations. In 4 games with the Storm, Petrie record no goals or assists and 4 PIMS.

The Storm trade '98 F Jared Power to the Coquitlam Express of the BCHL for Future Considerations. In 59 games with the Storm, Power scored 19 goals and added 23 assists for 42 points. He was an integral part of the Storm's leadership group, wearing an “A” with the for the 2018-19 season. He will be sorely missed and we wish him all the best in the BCHL as he continues his hockey journey.

The Storm acquire '98 F Noah Corson from the St-Gabriel-de-Brand Prédateurs of the QJHL. Splitting time between the Jr. A and major junior ranks in Quebec, he has 13 goals, 18 assists for 31 points in 96 QMJHL games. In the QJHL, Corson has recorded 24 goals, 54 assists for 78 points in 58 games. He joins the Storm after posting 12-32-44 in the QJHL this season. He will make his debut this week, December 7th on the road against the Camrose Kodiaks.
