The Grande Prairie Storm are proud to announce that 2002 D Antoine Desrochers has committed to the University of Ontario Tech for the 2023-2024 season. Congratulations Antoine!
The Ontario Tech Ridgebacks are the athletic teams that represent Ontario Tech University in Oshawa, Ontario. The Ridgebacks have been competing in Ontario University Athletics since 2006 and have been a member of U sports since 2008.
” As an organization we are very happy for Antoine, he has been a great fit on and off the ice since joining our team in mid November’. We are thrilled he’s able to move onto the next level and continue his hockey career while getting an education. The Ridgebacks are getting a quality individual and person”, said Head Coach Eric Thurston.
The Grande Prairie Storm kick off the 2023 playoffs this weekend in Whitecourt. They will return home March 14th and 15th for games 3 & 4.
